THE JOB:

As a Beverage Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Beverage and Cocktails team at Mandalay Bay. In addition to ensuring high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience, this includes training, creating the schedule for, and monitoring the performance of staff, achieving the operational and financial goals for each beverage venue and remaining compliant to our MGM Resorts service standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, and guest service standards

• Manage inventory levels and place requisitions as needed

• Lead hiring, training, and coaching of the beverage team

• Drive engagement through development and support

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and liquor regulations

• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations

• Stay up-to-date on all beverage offerings-liquor, wine, beer, and bar menu items

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of previous food and beverage experience, strong beverage background preferred

• 1+ year previous supervisory experience is preferred

• Understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, P&L statements, labor costs, and overall operational costs

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
