Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Integration Project Support to assist our growing team.

Responsibilities:

* The Contractor Team shall work with users, developers, and the Sponsor's technical leadership team to collect functional requirements and coordinate the decomposition of the functional requirements into technical requirements.

* The Contractor Team shall assist the Sponsor with administrative activities relating to system security accreditation processes.

* The Contractor Team shall create documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals and troubleshooting guides or other integrated documentation to support the success of field users and the program.

* The Contractor Team shall decompose customer requirements into technical solutions.

* The Contractor Team shall participate and brief at systems various customer boards, at all levels.

* The Contractor Team shall provide support enhancing business efficiency and insights.

* The Contractor Team shall work with the Sponsor's requirements managers and stakeholders to identify requirements issues, analyze complex requirements and negotiate requirements changes.

* The Contractor Team shall use the Sponsor's project tracking system to manage scheduled deliverables, program level requirements and project prioritization.

* The Contractor Team shall work with the Sponsor's task leads to provide recommended prioritization of tasks and levels of effort.

* The Contractor Team shall work within a multidisciplinary team and assist in technical project management, situational awareness reporting and horizontal integration planning for IT projects.

* The Contractor Team shall provide regular communications to both internal and external stakeholders including senior management.

* The Contractor Team shall prioritize resources, monitor progress, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* The Contractor Team shall register students for courses, sending out reminders and cancellations.

* The Contractor Team shall monitor incoming email traffic for course registrations, purchases, and kudos on Sponsor product.

* The Contractor Team shall create and maintain Sponsor product information from multiples sites.

* The Contractor Team shall maintain schedules, feature lists, and programmatic materials.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience assisting with project management, project schedule and cost estimation.

  • ACTIVE TS/SCI FSP

  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering informational and decision briefings to peers, divisional, group, and enterprise-level boards.

  • Demonstrated experience creating complex technical documentation in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

  • Demonstrated experience generating and delivering briefing materials to gain approval of technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience identifying and managing technical risks including alternatives analysis and making recommendations to leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating IT procurements including estimation, tracking, and execution.

  • Demonstrated experience managing project documentation in Confluence or JIRA, and MS Project, and ServiceNow.

  • Demonstrated experience managing requirements, including gathering requirements from users, decomposition of user requirements into technical solutions, and performing traceability of features to requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the integration of multiple software and hardware components into a functional system by estimating, scheduling, and monitoring the execution of complex technical tasks.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and governance.

  • Demonstrated experience driving project integration efforts to completion.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing technical documentation meeting the Sponsor's Project Management Framework.

  • Certifications: Project Management such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or ILI
