We are looking for strong candidates for Senior Associate Project Manager positions that we have open both in Fort Worth, TX and Johns Creek, GA. In this role, a typical day will include:
Applying specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project. Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Applying specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project. Establishing clear project milestones and ensuring timely completion through effective task delegation, follow-ups, and structured monitoring. Leading the execution of key project deliverables, managing stage gate activities, assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and providing strategic insights to leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Conducting Planning Sessions to support initial project plan or addressing significant changes in project scope, aligning goals and creating structured action plans for stakeholders to drive progress. Organizing and facilitating core team meetings, track meeting minutes, assign action items, and provide follow-ups to ensure task completion and resolution of team challenges. Overseeing and monitoring Total Product Cost (TPC) including direct and indirect (Headcount) budgets. Proactively conducting risk analysis and monitoring the project progress against project milestones and budgets to optimize outcomes. Partnering with Finance to address spend variance and align with strategic financial goals Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and submissions. On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English 2 Years of Relevant Experience
