Position Overview The Principal Trainer possesses competencies in sound knowledge of how technology is situated within the workflows of the organization and mastery of educational theory, design, implementation, and evaluation. This role is responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the training environments for systems used by the organization as well as managing updates to policy and procedure documentation related to training and system upgrades. This role will develop and support training materials for applications utilized at Exact Sciences as well evaluating program effectiveness. The Principal Trainer acts as a content expert for creating and providing training for the system and workflow application. This role will conduct train-the-trainer sessions for new staff, provide refresher training as needed, and coordinate and implement training for software upgrades and the implementation of new tests. This is a hybrid role based in our Madison, WI office. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Salary Range: $67,000.00 - $109,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
