Technical Writer needed for a contract opportunity with SOC's client to work onsite in Londonderry, NH.

Contract Length: 12+ Months



Job Description:

In this position, you will develop the skills required to be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating company assembly documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:

* Process, maintain and control work instruction documentation.

* Create, maintain, and control build documentation for product assembly.

* Scan and file build history documents.

* Communicate (both verbally and in writing) and collaborate with stakeholders.

* Maintain and coordinate documentation as required by the manufacturing facility ensuring that product documentation available at the point of use is at the appropriate revision.

* Maintains, controls, verifies, and ensures ECOs are in a timely manner and are accurate.

* Maintains numbering systems for new and revised quality system documentation and product documentation.

* Maintains an accurate Master Record filling system.

* Issuance of manufacturing documentation and track ultimate disposition of each issued document.

* Assist in the review of documents for completeness and accuracy.

* Keep abreast of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements.

* Maintain a clean, neat and orderly area.

* Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS

* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Office.

* Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.

* Read and interpret prints, BOM, assembly documentation for component placement and accuracy.

* Attention to detail in both words and visual diagrams for verification of customer specs.

* Good communication both written and verbal.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Estimated Min Rate: $16.80

Estimated Max Rate: $24.00

Employment Prerequisites
