The position is responsible for oversight of the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new and existing systems and sub-systems, including defining system specifications and supporting hardware. The role includes oversight of the design and development of test programs, reviewing requirements, developing modification files as well as test procedures, and ensuring products meet performance standards through thorough evaluation and debugging. This individual will independently manage and supervise a technical engineering team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include managing design budgets and schedules, contributing to proposals, and clearly communicating with internal teams and customers. U.S. Citizenship required. This position may require an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The expected pay scale for this position is $146,497/year - $227,436/year.Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
