The Asset Management Engineer will develop, manage, update and monitor implementation of short- and long-term asset management policies and strategies/initiatives for the company's Distribution and Sub-Transmission systems. This includes overhead infrastructure (Poles, crossarms, etc.) as well as underground infrastructure (Civil: duct banks / conduit systems, etc.). The Asset engineer will provide insight and recommendations for required modifications and additions to sub-transmission and distribution line facilities to enhance the resiliency of the system and to modernize the grid in a fashion to meet forecasted capacity requirements. Salary: Upstate NY - $133,000 - $157,000 Downstate NY - $161,000 - $189,000 New England - $150,000 - $176,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
