Primary Purpose

The Senior Manager, CRM Campaigns will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-first experiences that drive engagement, retention, and growth across our Bright Horizons client programs and centers. This role will leverage insights to optimize campaign calendars, segment and prioritize campaigns based on program and consumer needs, understand email best practices, and drive overall benefit program and enrollment growth in partnership with the marketing team.

This hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive, customer-needs based marketing calendars and campaigns and marketing strategies that align with business goals, enhancing our consumer experiences and maximizing ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the overall consumer-marketing calendar including cross- functional planning, execution, and analysis of Bright Horizons email campaigns and site experiences
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization. Create reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, and operation teams to ensure alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Prioritize Test & Learn Agendas: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize & refine campaign content and consumer experiences
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance on best practices, professional development, and performance management.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing & digital experiences. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's DegreeinMarketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns with a focus on consumer strategy required
  • 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing successful email marketing programs, test & learn agendas, and driving measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Qlik (or related program); experience in Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and data privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
