Role Overview: As a Senior Associate, Sales Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the sales organization through effective project management and execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Communications to ensure timely delivery and impact of high-priority projects. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholder communications, managing timelines and deliverables, hosting webinars, and helping drive sales activation strategies across the sales teams and the field. Success in this role requires a strong blend of organizational, operational, and some insurance sales knowledge, as well as a deep interest in sales processes, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$110,000-$135,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program. Please note: This role requires FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
