Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Sales Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the sales organization through effective project management and execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Communications to ensure timely delivery and impact of high-priority projects. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholder communications, managing timelines and deliverables, hosting webinars, and helping drive sales activation strategies across the sales teams and the field. Success in this role requires a strong blend of organizational, operational, and some insurance sales knowledge, as well as a deep interest in sales processes, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Sales Strategy team in the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Organize cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, execute on deliverables, and align on timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking and documentation to ensure project transparency and accountability.
  • Plan, organize, and execute webinars, managing end-to-end logistics including scheduling, platform setup, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution and engagement.
  • Prepare and send reportsandinsights to assist senior leadership and product consultants in decision-making.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of industry experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree and Life and Health Licenses are preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & OneNote
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and sales processes, including knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience in project management and execution, from planning through implementation, along with experience inproject management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com)
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity and drive progress
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$110,000-$135,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

Please note: This role requires FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
