Description Senior Solution Consultant (Central) Location: Remote, USA - Illinois, Michigan, Ohio Employment Type: Full-time Compensation Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary depending on experience. Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K Summary The Senior Solution Consultant will become an expert in OneStream technology and use this expertise on a daily basis to present the value proposition and benefit of the solutions to partners, prospects, customers, and internally supporting the salesforce. A Senior Solution Consultant, as a member of the Presales team, will participate in the design, validation, and presentation of OneStream solutions based on customer needs which vary in complexity. The ideal candidate location is Illinois, Michigan, Ohio or in the Central region. Please note, travel may be required up to 50% or more. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Shortening the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in the Office of Finance. Providing presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acting as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives. Transforming business requirements/challenges into Proof-of-Concept presentations. Developing and delivering high quality OneStream presentations and demonstrations. Presenting and articulating advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall OneStream solutions. Improving and maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations. Designing, validating, and presenting Database & OneStream Cloud solutions to include advanced product concepts and future direction. Developing and managing references through high quality technical, professional client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Required Education and Experience BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology related degree. Technical experience with OneStream or similar CPM tools. Minimum of 5 years experience in CPM/EPM, Database Management including building, developing, and deploying applications. Proven ability in performing rapid assessments of customers' landscape and targeting use cases and deployment targets for Cloud technology. Ability to provide guidance in the evaluation of OneStream's Cloud solution. Experience in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect. Extraordinary presentation and public speaking skills. Must have the ability to lead technical discussions and identify the right solution for our customer's needs. Versed and experienced with business analysis and financial modeling. Background in Finance/Accounting. Impeccable attention to detail. Strong listening skills. Preferred Education and Experience Previous experience as a Services Consultant, Database Administrator, or Technical Pre-Sales is preferred. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives. Flexible and adaptable. Works well in team environment. Willing and able to travel.
