About the Role

Impact you will make

As Corporate Application Support Specialist Senior with FinThrive, you will Act as the administrator for these tech solutions working alongside business unit SMEs to keep the systems running smoothly, manage integrations, ensure data integrity, work through upgrades/updates, and usage making sure to maximize the company's overall investments. Ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They are focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly and correctly resolving or triaging incidents and interacting with customers through verbal and written communication in a professional manner. The Senior Support Specialist provides first level support for all internal users of FinThrive identified Corporate Applications. The role will require receipt and ownership of incidents, analysis and impact assessment, communication of intended actions, escalation to Level 2 (if required), collaboration with other teams, problem solving and implementation, documentation and closure of incidents. This colleague will be unique in they will act as administrator of certain applications as mentioned previously elevating your ability to serve your business partners beyond incident management. This will drive a very close relationship building between each business partner that requires these applications for operational success.

What you will do



  • Act as the system administrator for the Gong platform along with managing all integrations and user access to ensure optimal performance, and uptime. Collaborate with Sales Operations to roll out new features, take system updates, etc.
  • Act as the systems administrator for Seismic, including the management of all integrations, user access, integrations, and configuration, while always looking for enhancements and evangelizing new features
  • Manage Health Insights user access, conversion project from vendor to internal solutions along with data accuracy
  • Manage Gainsight with user access, data integrity, integration knowledge and data flow
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing [CW1] [SD2] [SD3] , and customer success teams to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of the technology stack
  • Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to providing training and support to ensure the teams are proficient with these tools
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the various FinThrive systems, applications and business processes, and will keep-up to date with the latest in these applications to drive broader adoption
  • Be responsible for coordinating enhancements, upgrades, data conversions for multiple business groups with varying needs in a way that serves the overall enterprise, where applicable
  • Understand business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and transitioning of new and existing applications takes places smoothly



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or other relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience with Gong, Seismic or other Commercial Sales Applications
  • Excellent Troubleshooting [WC4] [SD5] Skills along with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
  • Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with leaders across multiple departments along with end users
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Go-getter attitude with proven ability to thrive within in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Highly self-motivated and directed aptitude
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high pressure
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment



What we would like to see



  • Proven track record in a role similar to Sales Enablement Specialist or Sales Operational Analyst
  • Previous experience working in a Scrum/Agile/Fast Paced environment
