Join our innovative team as a Quality Inspector, where you will play a crucial role in examining cutting-edge products. This position requires a high attention to detail, proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.

Pay: Up to $25/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform detailed inspections of parts, materials, or products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Use measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs for precise evaluations.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and quality documents to understand inspection criteria.
  • Document inspection results, noting measurements, deviations, and non-conformities in reports or databases.
  • Apply Lean principles to identify and eliminate waste in processes, improving efficiency and value for customers.
  • Use end-to-end process thinking to address root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot issues related to CMM equipment, measurement programs, and part quality.
