Job Title: Human Resource Analyst/ HR Specialist (Performance Management) Pay rate: $25.00/hr. on w2 without benefits Location: 1 Capitol Hill Providence, RI, 02908 Duration: 09 months Hours/Week: 35 hrs. Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field and or equivalent level. 3+ years of experience in performance development/management programs. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate and administer organization-wide performance development processes and review cycles. Manage performance management systems and data, working with IT teams and direct hiring managers. Deliver training and create materials on performance processes and systems. Support continuous improvement of performance development programs and processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field and or equivalent level 3+ years of experience in performance development/management programs Strong Excel skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday Performance Enablement. Experience with NeoGov Perform. Solid working knowledge of performance development systems. Experience facilitating development activities. Experience creating training materials.
