Job Title: Human Resource Analyst/ HR Specialist (Performance Management)

Pay rate: $25.00/hr. on w2 without benefits

Location: 1 Capitol Hill Providence, RI, 02908

Duration: 09 months

Hours/Week: 35 hrs.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field and or equivalent level.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance development/management programs.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer organization-wide performance development processes and review cycles.
  • Manage performance management systems and data, working with IT teams and direct hiring managers.
  • Deliver training and create materials on performance processes and systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of performance development programs and processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field and or equivalent level 3+ years of experience in performance development/management programs
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Performance Enablement.
  • Experience with NeoGov Perform.
  • Solid working knowledge of performance development systems.
  • Experience facilitating development activities.
  • Experience creating training materials.
