Graduate Rotation Program - NRG Home Our Graduate Rotation Program offers recent college graduates the opportunity to develop a range of skills through 2 one-year rotations within different departments of NRG. For the first year, this role will work as a customer experience analyst at Vivint (NRG's smart home division). In this role, you will use quantitative and qualitative data analysis to understand and explain the reasons why customers buy, keep, renew, or cancel their smart home services. The Graduate Rotation Program is focused on developing the future leaders of our business. The program provides the opportunity to work in two different roles across the business, while benefiting from a wide support network of colleagues, a direct line manager and the Talent Development Team. Our aim is to help you build your strengths and gain skills that can be used as your career evolves. Our Graduate Rotation Program will appeal to self-motivated, graduating seniors with a proactive, can-do attitude, and a genuine desire to learn about our business and the energy industry. In this program, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience and contribute to collaborative, cross-functional projects that are meaningful to the success of various facets of the business.As a Graduate Rotation Analyst, you will perform the same tasks as our entry level Analysts and have an opportunity to learn the methods, tasks, and objectives each of these groups complete in their day-to-day support of NRG's operations and business strategy.
