We're looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join the Monetization team and take on some of the company's most impactful design challenges. This unique role spans two of the three groups within Monetization, requiring someone who can navigate complex systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive high-quality design across a range of business-critical surfaces. From refining our billing and invoicing experiences to shaping the future of Figma's monetization strategy, this designer will have the opportunity to influence how we grow and scale while ensuring our user experience meets Figma's high craft bar. This role requires a designer who is both highly strategic and deeply detail-oriented. You should be comfortable working in technically complex domains, thinking systematically, and adapting to new insights or evolving requirements. We're looking for someone who can partner with other designers while owning and driving larger strategic initiatives. Strong storytelling, collaboration, and visual design skills are key, as this role involves working closely with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into thoughtful, user-centered solutions. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
