Our client is an Investor Relations firm that represents various high-profile, publicly-traded corporations. A top client of ours is looking to add a large team of Remote Engagement Specialists on a short term project slated to run until May 20th. We are looking for candidates who could work 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime. Position is for remote work through the Pittsburgh, PA office.
The position is for project-based employment. Once hired you will be placing calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer voting services for Annual/Special Shareholder Meetings. Computer-based training will be provided. Experience in Salesforce environment a bonus. *Requirements:* * Personal Computer (Windows 10 with 8GB RAM or Windows 11 with 8GB RAM) - *MAC/Chromebook/Linux/S mode not supported * Strong Internet Connection * Technologically proficient * Great communication/listening skills/phone presence * Ability to handle problems and issues in a tactful manner * Attention to detail *Preferred Experience:* * Minimum of 1 year experience in finance, investments, or in a call center environment * Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks/investments * Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
