Description and Requirements

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Advisor to support our AI Ecosystem Team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Computer Science and bring substantial expertise in artificial intelligence systems, software engineering, and strategic technical consulting. This role is instrumental in advising on technical architecture, AI integration, and partner enablement across a diverse and rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams and external partners regarding AI architecture, model development, and system implementation.
  • Drive prototyping and innovation development in collaboration with Development teams, making a path to incubate new ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and research teams to ensure ecosystem strategies are technically sound and scalable.
  • Support the evaluation, integration, and optimization of third-party tools, models, and infrastructure within the AI ecosystem.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, best practice guides, and reference architectures to support the broader developer and partner community.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively advise the team on potential applications and implications.
  • Represent the organization in technical engagements with strategic partners, alliances, and industry forums.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning systems, or technical advisory roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle.
  • Strong programming background, particularly in Python and related AI tooling ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to distill and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
  • Experience in platform ecosystems, partner integrations, or developer support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, and scalable deployment solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in contributing to or managing open-source AI initiatives.
  • A user-centric and experience focused mindset
  • Demonstrated experience in technical consulting or partner enablement roles.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130k - 170K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
