Ability to become proficient with Microsoft Dynamics during training.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee quality and compliance with the PROBO SOP, client's requirements, and ISO 9001:2014 (International Organization of Standardization) associated within your area of responsibilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsThe ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formOversee projects/jobs, establishes goals, track progress and checkpointsAdhere to PROBO ISO standardsEnter projects in INFOR softwareSolicit quotes for equipment and enter in INFORNegotiate equipment quotes to align with our job cost moduleAdd staff to Microsoft Dynamics for each projectCalculate travel to include flight, car and hotel within the boundaries of our job cost moduleEnter job costs in INFORKnowledge of large medical equipmentMeasures progress against goals/checkpoints, with ability to forecastAbility to oversee numerous projects/jobs simultaneouslyEnter equipment rental in INFORFacilitates scheduling/coordination and oversight of service activities, which includes scheduling suppliers and equipment as needed to meet project requirements in a timely mannerMaintains a sense of urgency as needed with minimal management directionFacilitates a minimum of 2 supplier quotes in advance for each jobOverseeing projects/jobs site, ensuring Safety and meeting OSHA requirements is job#1.Communicates project critical elements to suppliers as neededOversees supplier performance and follow-up as necessaryAbility to generate quotes for clients and obtain/review quotes from suppliers and track them in Microsoft Dynamics.Investigates any interruptions to services and facilitates removal of interruptionsEnsures all parties (including clients) are aware of service status on a timely mannerBuild client relationships and ensure client requirements are met.Communicates with client with a sense of urgency as needed.Ensure compliance to PROBO SOP(s), company policies and statutory/regulatory guidelinesFacilitate work activity, while maintaining documentation in accordance with the PROBO SOP and customer requirements.Conduct confirmation calls with suppliers, and clients as neededEffective communication with the Logistic Coordinators, and management as neededFacilitates updates and maintains accuracy and timeliness, Dynamics with all job information i.e. site info, and Out-of-scopeFollow through of all service activities, collects, validates and documents supplier scope of work performed including Out-of-Scope for Accounting Dept to invoice customers within 48hrs of project completionMaintains integrity of confidential information.Consistently represents PROBO to the best of its interests.Consistently represents PROBO to the client is a positive, professional and courteous mannerAbility to multi-task in a time sensitive manner to address all issues/concerns relating to a project/jobAssists other areas as neededPrimary job responsibilities are those which an employee must be able to perform with or without accommodation. Requirements
Required Education and Experience: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a comparable amount of experience related to the related work activities or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to read Metric and Standard measurement and using leveling methods to complete related work activities. Must have excellent communicational skills, be punctual and courteous and be able to take leadership responsibility in accordance with managerial etiquette. Proof and maintainability of a valid driver's license and good driving record.Travel Requirements The position will require the ability to travel, up to 15% of the time.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
