POSITION Allspring Global Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Manager to join our Digital team. If you have a passion for customer data management, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making, this role may be a great fit for you. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week. Locations: Charlotte, NC; Boston, MA; or Milwaukee, WI. RESPONSIBILITIES
CANDIDATE We're seeking individuals with experience in implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar platforms. The ideal candidate is eager for continuous professional growth and can deliver complex, end-to-end Data Cloud implementations from strategy and design to data ingestion, segment creation, and activation. Your role will be crucial in moving quickly from ideation to execution and ensuring seamless operations. In this role, you will work closely with our web and email execution product managers to conceptualize data infrastructure, analyze data, and build strategies for personalization and audience segmentation. You will define how our WebOps team (marketers, sales, and developers) collaborates on Salesforce systems (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM) and content data systems (Optimizely, Seismic), helping them overcome challenges and define a long-term vision for data functionality. Your expertise in data management and analysis systems, governance standards, and processes around personalization and segmentation will be key to driving our vision forward; bringing the most impactful customer experiences to life. Success in this role relies on your ability to build and maintain productive relationships with both business and development teams while managing multiple projects, processes, and systems within specific timelines. Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $160,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
