Overview

A Palletizer will apply beauty labels, smart labels, hardware kit, and packaging to prefinished door. Spot check quality of prefinished door to ensure that components are properly assembled. Build pallet using Pneumatic staple gun and cardboard wrap. Palletize prefinished door onto correct pallet, according to store number, ensuring that door is properly secured to pallet using pneumatic tools.

What you will need:

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace and handle multiple parts, fast pace is physically demanding
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs including MS-Excel, MS Word, and Know how to palletize and combine all units on pallets that are going to the same store based off scheduling and customer demand.
• Knowledge of door types and types of lights is preferred.
• Use of Pneumatic Tools, work at fast pace and in a repetitive job. Ability to read, speaks, write and comprehend Basic English. Communicate with Team Leader, notify operator regarding daily issues and concerns.
• Minimal supervision, verify quality/accuracy/count of finished products. Verify materials (species and size) to correctly palletize.
