Your responsibilities will include: * Daily Invoice Verification & Processing: Accurately verify and process invoices to maintain seamless operations. * Job Ticket Review: Check job tickets for work descriptions, extra parts used, and required paperwork. * Billing Transactions: Process billing transactions promptly and productively. * Costing & Billing Accuracy: Ensure all job labor is correctly costed and billed on each job ticket. * Job Cost Auditing: Audit job costs to ensure alignment with billed amounts. * Production Goals: Meet production goals and month-end processing requirements. * Additional Responsibilities: Take on other tasks as assigned. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
