NOW HIRING - MEDICAL ASSISTANT FOR A LARGE HEALTHCARE NETWORK ON SITE: Marlton, NJ Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:45AM-5:15PM / Friday- 7:45AM-12pm every 3rd Friday you will stay until 3PM Description: * Obtain vital signs and medical history from patients. * Greet and chaperone patients during their visit. * Maintain medical documentation and patient records. * Schedule care, treatment, and diagnostic tests per the physician's instructions. * Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examination. * Disinfect and clean treatment rooms following patient examinations/procedures per office protocol. * Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls. * Ensure patient confidentiality by safeguarding medical records. * Provide safe patient care and collect patient assessment data about physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and learning needs. * Maintain confidentiality of all information as stipulated in the HIPAA Privacy Rules. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
