Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | 1 flex day per month on Saturday or Sunday

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required
• Previous industrial machine or mechanical experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Wastewater Management is beneficial
• Completion of vocational or technical school courses can enhance qualifications
• A basic understanding of pneumatic systems, electricity, and electrical wiring is essential
• Ability to troubleshoot alternating current and direct current electrical components is necessary
• Experience handling power tools is important
• Capability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electro-mechanical equipment will benefit success
• Preference for individuals familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices

Key Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Mechanic, your daily responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled by your supervisor and conducting routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify necessary adjustments and repairs. You will troubleshoot and repair processing and building equipment, support processing with changeover and product setup/startup, and maintain proper housekeeping and organization of all work areas.
