This role demands a comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your Impact



  • Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and ServiceNow teams to understand business requirements and pain points.
  • Lead technical discussions and guide to ensure best practices during development and post-implementation.
  • Mentor and collaborate with the ServiceNow team to improve technical skills and coding standards.
  • Recommend process optimizations for Service Desk, Employee Center, and other ServiceNow platform processes.
  • Guide on configuring and optimizing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Ensure data accuracy for hardware/software assets within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Advise on problem resolution in ServiceNow environments and integration issues.
  • Commit to continuous learning and staying updated with ServiceNow best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead and coordinate vendor and consulting staff in development efforts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicate technical solutions, and guide solution design.
  • Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues, ensuring effective resolutions and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate in refining requirements and acceptance criteria during story grooming sessions.
  • Conduct platform application assessments, including CMDB/CSDM evaluations.


Your Qualifications



  • Around 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years of ServiceNow Platform/Product development and implementation experience including JavaScript and XML.
  • Experience in REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in Virtual Agent and Gen AI capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform Products: ITSM, ITAM/HAM, SAMP, CSM, ITOM
  • Experience with Scoped/Custom Applications, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience in planning and executing ServiceNow Platform upgrades and cloning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  • ServiceNow Certifications (on latest supported version): Application Developer, Certified System Administrator


Base Salary Range:
$181,000 $244,000 USD
