Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Care Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. SALARY RANGE: $118,685 - $169,906 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) Nokia of America Corporation, Technical Care Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems. Provide network planning and performance-related services according to the network solutions portfolio. Handle and maintain network monitoring products for customers. Ensure customer outages and Emergency (Critical issues) are restored within contractual SLA and create the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fault report. Assist with the testing of components for use in Nokia's telecommunications systems and troubleshooting critical incidents reported by the customers. Identify, reproduce, and characterize defects to help maintain and improve Nokia's network. #LI-DNI JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 6 yearsof experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive). Of the required experience, must have at least 6 years of experience with the following: Network Management products; Software architecture and code related to network troubleshooting; Database, including Oracle; Virtualization, including VMWare and OpenStack; Programming languages, including Java, Python, Perl, and C/C++; Networking hardware, including servers, blades, enclosures, and interconnect modules; Storage Area Network (SAN); Networks, including LAN and WAN; and Networking products, including Cisco and Juniper. Percentage of domestic travel required up to 10% Percentage of international travel required up to 5% Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted, depending on business need.
