Video: What We Do About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven FP&A Intern to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a rising senior in college or recent graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). As an FP&A Intern, you will be responsible for completing special projects that will contribute valuable insights to the company and develop key finance skills. Internship dates are flexible but targeting a starting date of June 3rd and ending by August 15th. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts * Support the FP&A team in developing and implementing financial models and strategies * Participate in special projects aimed at improving financial processes and operational efficiency * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for decision-making purposes * Conduct research and provide recommendations on financial trends and best practices * Prepare presentations and reports for senior management * Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed Qualifications: * Rising college senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field * Strong interest in a career in FP&A * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * The role is hybrid but must be able to work in person in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida at least three days a week.
