Summary Responsible for handling customer calls, creates service orders, and resolves service problems politely and efficiently, following department policies and procedures. In addition to generating inbound commercial sales by creating contractual agreements of front load and roll off containers, the role is also responsible for verifying cash drawers, entering correct account information, processing billing inquiries, account adjustments processing payments and collecting monies owed to the City of Garland in payment for Sanitation Dept. The role requires professional and friendly engagement with internal and external customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
