Where you will work: This position will be based out of Astound's Concord, CA office.
A Day in the Life of the Supervisor, Warehouse:
- Supervise market warehouse staff in general warehouse and distribution support.
- Oversee CPE inventory, including daily counts, returns, repair, reconciliations, contractor issues, and disposals through automated and manual tracking processes.
- Maintain quality control standards including: checking orders for accuracy, ensuring inventory is correctly recorded, researching and correcting picking errors, and contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor all shipping and receiving activities.
- Establish and maintain staging areas for returns, received shipments, pickups, etc.
- Actively support, promote and advance all aspects of Astound's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) goals and initiatives, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard and empowered to do their best work.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3+ years experience in inventory, logistics, or distribution management
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be process and procedure oriented with proficient computer skills, Maintain safe work environment and follow safety protocols, Strong organizational skills, advocates for clients internally, acts as trusted advisor, grows profitable relationships
Education and Certifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record per the Fleet Policy
- Forklift Certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs

Base Salary: The base salary range in California for this position is $60,000- $75,000 (annually), plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to California and may not be applicable to other locations.
