RESPONSIBIITIES AND DUTIES:

* Complete mechanical erection of all equipment in batching and mixing plant.

* Verify equipment on site and staged.

* Communicate with supervisor any delays, issues and requests for change orders.

* Communicate with customers as needed.

* Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night.

* Assist with plant start-up and trouble shooting.

* Perform all duties assigned by the Field Services Supervisor or Manager.

* Adhere to all company policies.

SKILLS:

* Excellent construction skills and ability to resolve challenges.

* Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings.

* Must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.

* Ability to work independently as well as with crew members

* Ability to adapt to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time.

* Ability to prioritize and complete work on time and on budget with minimal supervision.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work in all weather conditions.

* Ability to use basic Math skills - add, subtract, multiply, divide, measurements, fractions.

* Ability to operate equipment such as telescoping forklift, aerial lift, etc.

* Ability to use basic construction tools including hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, portable

welder, cutting torch, rigging chains and straps, come-alongs, ladders, etc.

* Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules, policies and regulations.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Jobsite, mostly outdoors

Extensive Travel required (80-90%); duration dependent on

project, 1-3 weeks at a time typical.

Non-union.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Experience in commercial and industrial projects .

* Valid driver's License.

DESIRED:

* Experience working in construction or related field.

* Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.

* Currently posses a valid US Passport or the ability to obtain one.

* Arc welding experience. Certification a plus.
