To direct this transformative journey, we are seeking a visionary Software Product Portfolio Leader-someone who can turn motivation into strategy and strategy into action. This role is central to our digital mission, leveraging AI, advanced computing, and sensory intelligence to elevate operational efficiency, safety, and innovation in Energy and Process industries. Reporting to the Global Portfolio Manager of Operational Excellence, you will shape the future of autonomous operations, build strategic roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that redefine what's possible for our customers.
Work model is hybrid, or full-remote. It is always welcome to be present in the office, but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a clear strategy and roadmap for the augmented and autonomous industrial software portfolio, targeting energy and process industries .
- Structure related products into a cohesive, customer-centric portfolio that supports scalable autonomous operations.
- Act as the global lead for autonomous strategy-connecting development teams, business leaders, and customers.
- Analyze trends and industry needs to create segment-specific go-to-market plans and solution adaptations.
- Champion the customer voice, ensuring solutions address real-world outcomes across industries.
- Support sales and business development with knowledgeable insight and market introduction strategies.
- Facilitate customer success and build references to scale the digital business across regions.
- Forge and manage partnerships that enhance innovation and expand market reach.

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; Bachelor's with MBA also accepted.
• 15+ years' experience in software development, product, or portfolio management in high-tech sectors.
• Proven experience and track record in delivering AI-driven or autonomous technologies, ideally in industrial applications.
• Good understanding of control systems, SCADA, Manufacturing Operations Management and digital solution architecture
• Effective leadership in agile product development and continuous software delivery models.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align global teams toward a shared vision and measurable goals.
• Proficient communicator - skilled at engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in change management and facilitating digital adoption within complex organizations.
