DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting to fill a Systems Engineer Senior at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division in support of the Marine Air Defense Integration System (MADIS), Program Manager, Ground-Based Air Defense, PEO Land Systems.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
* Assess, design, upgrade, and maintain systems
* Conduct risk assessment, mitigation, and tracking
* Plan and conduct tests
* Implement and analyze quality metrics

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information
* Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing
* Ability to work with large amounts of data
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor degree
* 15+ years experience with USMC systems including Ground Base Air Defense (GBAD) Systems (Required) and Common Aviation Command including and Control (CAC2S) (Desired)
* Experience includes 10+ years Systems Engineering and IV&V/T&E experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment with travel to test sites of varying climatic conditions.
