We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Director of IT Technology to lead the modernization of our IT function within the Umovity Americas region. This strategic leadership role is perfect for a forward-thinking technologist with expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and business process improvement. Reporting to the Head of IT and collaborating with the VP of Finance, the Director will focus on building a scalable IT structure, integrating systems, and driving digital modernization to improve operational alignment across multiple business units DUTIES

COMPENSATION The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $160,000 - $180,000base + 10% discretionary bonus annually plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. PRE-EMPLOYMENT All candidates who accept employment will be subject to a background investigation and drug screening. For applicable roles, candidates who accept employment will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle/Driving Record screening.
