Job Summary:

  • The Temporary Project Employee will assist with hurricane project costing paperwork to ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines and deadlines. This role is critical in supporting disaster recovery efforts and maintaining accurate financial documentation.


Job Description:

  • Prepare and organize hurricane project costing paperwork.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with FEMA requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather necessary data for project costing.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records.


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Budget & Management Services department.
  • Support team members in meeting tight deadlines.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and financial documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).


Special Requirements or Preferences:

  • Prior experience with FEMA-related projects is highly desirable.
