*Description*
Under the direction of the Manager, the Cash Management (CM) Product Manager is responsible for assisting in and/or actively managing a line of cash management products and services by ensuring that short and long term plans and objectives are successfully met. If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act. Assists and/or manages product portfolio. Assists and/or works in conjunction with Product Managers in the development or enhancement of products and services. Tasks include competitive analysis, product design, coordination with systems, pricing structure and education of the distribution channels for the product. Assists with development of marketing materials and promotions. Responsible for obtaining all necessary legal and compliance approvals for materials and promotions. Coordinates vendor management for third party products and outsource vendors. Negotiates contracts, establishes performance standards, and is accountable for ongoing contract administration and expense control. Provides product specific, consultative and technical support to the dept. sales and service staff and bank clients. Assists clients in resolving product specific technical problems working with vendors and the bank technical support areas. Maintains detailed working knowledge of all products and related systems, performing routine and some non-routine tasks related to successful product management for the Cash Management Dept. Tasks include tracking, measuring, monitoring and reporting product usage, as well as ongoing product testing. Provides training to dept. and other bank staff involved in the sales and support of CM Products and Services. Creates and maintains product training materials and setup documents for the sales and support teams. Drafts policies and procedures and oversees the maintenance of up-to-date material from all sources. Develops and manages collateral material and sales aids. Accompanies sales team on sales calls and presentations, as appropriate. Provides system support and assists other Product Managers within the CM team with system upgrades and conversions, as needed. Assists with testing and validation of system changes. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
