Job Description Position: Process Quality Specialist Location: Syracuse, NY Job type: Full-time, salaried Reports to: Quality Manager Compensation: 65,000$ - 80,000$ + bonus + benefits Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in the US roles postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions or additional incentives Scope of the Position The Quality Process Specialist assists in managing the integrity and training of Process & Quality functions for the facility. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the quality management program by ensuring that processes and procedures associated with the quality laboratory, production, shipping and receiving are appropriately conducted, monitored and approved. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; supporting the Plant with operational functions including product quality data management, plant audits, current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliance, SQF Food Safety Management validation/verification program, and the Document Management System (DMS).
