We are looking for a Sales Coordinator/Analyst to join our Brokerage Operations team, specifically the Government Investor Services team. You will provide high level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers within our Washington, DC office. You will have the opportunity to engage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team, which will include: administrative, financial, marketing and operational functions for the business. This role provides a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the business by partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and coordinators to help in the overall success of the office. Government Investor Services Team Sales Coordinator/Analyst Washington, DC

Business Operations
* Track, research, and log federal leasing procurements posted on SAM.gov daily.
* Gather market research information through CoStar and create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books and competitive sets.
* With direction from brokers, prepare deal documents related to request for lease proposals (RLP), expression of interests, renewal letters, leasing status reports and procurement checklists.
* Review and update team deal tracker and stay knowledgeable on status of team's active deals.

Marketing
* Manage & maintain all listings on CoStar.
* Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions when needed.
* Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
* Assist with team's social media presence and deal announcements.

Finance
* Willingness to learn federal leasing process and associated economics.
* Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.

Administrative
* General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, conference room set up, broker IT support and making travel arrangements as needed.
* Other duties and responsibilities as needed which may change from time to time.

Required
* 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organizations.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook with ability to learn new software and JLL's in- house platforms.

Preferred
* Project management capabilities including multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
* Experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva preferred.
* The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn. Candidate should also have a positive attitude and a drive for personal growth and development.
* Able to assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential information.
* Strong proofreading and editing abilities

Estimated total compensation for this position:

1.00 - 1.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
