JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Concierge at Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. The concierge will be the primary point of personal contact for guests seeking information, service, assistance and recommendations while visiting the property.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Shifts: 9:45am-6:15pm or 10:45am-7:15pm

Compensation: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Takesgreat pride in offering helpful, friendly serviceatalltimes
  • Greetsand assists all guests and property personnel in an efficient and courteousmanner
  • Defines, communicates, and maintains high standardsof guestservice at alltimes
  • Provides a luxury lifestyle experience for all property guests as they visit the Center or reach out via phone, email, or digitalchannels
  • Maintains a strong knowledgeofofferingsatthe property and can guide guests to appropriate merchandise, dining options, gift ideas,etc.
  • Informs and suggests opportunities to engage guests in Center-wide retailers, events, theater, spas and restaurants available at or around the propertyand local area.
  • Performsservices requested including reservations for dining, travel, entertainment, rentals, gifts, sporting events, etc. This may require running errands away from the Concierge Desk at the Centerorlight eventplanning
  • Supports and promotes all property programs andevents
  • Anticipates the services sought after by ascertaining themoodand style of the guest; identifies solutions before beingasked
  • Developsstrong working relationships with building management, tenants,other building service providers, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and other areabusinesses
  • Actively researches shopping, dining, experiential trends to ensurethe propertyis able toprovide guests with services both expected and unexpected
  • Buildsprofessional networks within the guest base and community to enhance knowledge and services currently beingoffered
  • Responds to guests via phone, email,propertywebsite and in person
  • Corresponds with guests who require follow up orsolutions
  • Participates in and successfully completes all trainingprograms
  • Maintains the ambiance, style and cleanlinessofthe Concierge Desk ensuring allbrochures,and literature arestockedatalltimes
  • Tends to other administrative duties as assigned
  • Acts as a property ambassador within the Center and local community to promotethe property'sservices,amenities and events
  • Partners with the on-site property management team, includingthein carrying out marketing and service initiatives and goals, including promotional and rewards programs formallguests

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledgeofMicrosoft Outlook, Facebook, Twitter, Internet, App based programs and Microsoft Officerequired
  • Passionate about providing exceptional service and interpersonalrelationships
  • Thinkscreatively to resolve all customer concerns, and anticipate their interests in services, amenities, programs & events while visiting theproperty
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and effectively in verbalandwrittenform
  • Hasa friendly and caringdemeanor
  • Excellentproblem-solvingskills
  • Has flexible working hours and a proven recordofdependability andpunctuality
  • Able to complete multiple tasks while maintaining a pleasant and professionaldemeanor
  • Appearspolished and professional and consistently adhere to company dress code and groomingguidelines
  • Followsall policies and procedures set forth in JLL and clienthandbooks
  • Able to listen and react quickly to guests', tenants', and retailers'requests
  • Able to prioritize tasks underpressure
  • Able to work with varied personalities andtemperaments
  • Able to work as part of a team in a collaborativeway
  • Takesinitiative, self-motivated
  • Required to frequently sit, talk andhear
  • Able to use a computer, iPad, cell phone, and Apps frequently eachday
  • High school diploma and equivalent workexperience
  • Two or more years of previous high-end retail, fine dining, or VIP hospitality
  • Prior experience with luxury hotel, retail or restaurant "frontofhouse" guest servicesuggested
  • Previous community involvementornetworking experience is preferred
