Position Purpose
|
This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing marketing and communications tactics to support corporate strategic initiatives and department marketing and communications plans. It works collaboratively with department colleagues, service line administrators and clinical staff to ensure high quality marketing strategies are developed and executed.
The Marketing Coordinator possesses basic graphic design skills, a high degree of creativity, project and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position must have the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on occasion to participate in after-hours production work, events or focus groups

Nature and Scope
|
* Positively interact with departments and organization to implement tactics as outlined in comprehensive marketing plans.
* Adheres to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
* Maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
* Develop and write content to serve department objectives that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
* Coordinate and traffic production jobs, such as video or photos, collateral, advertising and other communications for numerous channels and platforms. Ensures deliverables meet marketing guidelines, brand standards and policies for the web and collateral.
* Compile data, analytics and project milestones to report on success metrics for measuring marketing initiatives.
* Possess independent judgement and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow and meet deadlines and budget targets, while handling a variety of details and follow through on projects with accuracy and timeliness.

Education:
|
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing Journalism, or a similar field preferred.

Experience:
|
Minimum one year experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications required; one year of healthcare experience preferred.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
