Major/Essential Functions Answers all incoming calls from the multi-line phone system. Accurately registers, schedules, cancels, and reschedules appointments as needed. Obtain and/or verify insurance information. Complete proper documentation at each visit. Responsible for cash and making change, posting charges, and payments, and creating invoices. Communicate effectively with all departments and patients. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Required Qualifications A High School diploma or GED. 1-year Customer Service, office, or related experience. Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement.
