Employer Brand Intern

Summary

In support of the company's strategic initiatives and in alignment with the annual marketing and communications plan, the employer brand intern develops and oversees the company brand standards and guidelines, and the universal content calendar which instructs the majority of both internal and external content across all channels. Brand oversight includes corporate and affiliate brand standards. This role collaborates with social media team, marketing ops, and internal communications. They will also oversee video and photography projects. Collaborates with vendors to ensure printed materials are quality, accurate, timely, and on budget. Brand content includes and is not limited to any content - copy, visuals, this role is not solely responsible for execution of content.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Amplify brand and content strategy (internal and external communications, product marketing, sales enablement, and creative).
  • Own brand guidelines and content calendar while collaborating with the creative team to implement across all communication channels.
  • Oversee collateral library and annual audit schedule in conjunction with digital asset and social/digital team.
  • Manages relationships with vendors to ensure compliance within agreement.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.



Education and Experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a high-volume corporate or agency setting.
  • Minimum three years management experience.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS



  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • General knowledge and ongoing discovery of artificial intelligence tools.
  • Extensive collaboration with marketing operations .
  • Proven responsibility overseeing brand consistency across all platforms, channels, brands (internal, external, print, digital, social, advertising, etc.).
