APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 5, 2025 THE JOB: The Hospitality Intern extends current college students the opportunity to launch a career with MGM Resorts International. Hospitality Interns are exposed to departments to gain a well-rounded awareness of MGM Resorts International's operation. During this paid internship program Interns learn best practices and operational strategies from top executives to line level experts building a solid career foundation. THE STARTING RATE: $18.00/hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Receive a personalized learning plan specifically aligned to your goals and development opportunities in hospitality business development. Build connections with leaders, learn the company culture, and get familiar with the tools and resources you'll use throughout your internship. Gain exposure within one or two departments to gain a cross-functional understanding of the MGM Resorts business development strategy. Complete a capstone project - conducting research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with mentors and subject matter experts. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has a High School Diploma or GED Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college or university.
