Your Impact
Are you passionate about creating impactful events and fostering meaningful connections? As the Events & Ecosystem Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the missions of the McKinsey Health Institute (MHI) and the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI).
You will be part of a global team dedicated to driving thought leadership and engagement with key audiences, helping shape the future of health and economic insights. This role is integral to our efforts to connect with stakeholders, amplify our message, and ensure our convenings are both strategic and impactful.
In this role, you will report to the MHI Head of Communications & Engagement and the MGI Communications Directors. You will work closely with institute directors, co-leaders, engagement and operations leads, and event teams to design and execute a world-class platform for events and ecosystem engagement. Your work will directly contribute to the institutes' goals of fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and driving meaningful conversations with top-priority audiences. Your Growth

For new joiners for this role in Canada and/or the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, a reasonable estimated range is $159,200 - $212,100 in USD and $153,000 - $204,000 in CAD - to help you understand what you can expect. This reflects our best estimate of the lowest to highest salary for this role at the time of this posting, ensuring you have a clear picture right from the start, though it's important to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
