THE JOB:
As a Ticket Office Supervisor, you will oversee the ticketing system and ensure accurate show information while setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. With a welcoming attitude and a focus on personalized service, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for guests-delivering the kind of "WOW" experiences they'll remember long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE:$20/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Maintain and update ticketing system with current information on shows, tours, and events, including external sales.

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to guests about shows, property amenities, and the local area.

  • Assist in developing and evaluating procedures and promotions to enhance guest attendance and satisfaction.

  • Generate daily event reports for leadership, management, and promoters.

  • Manage and adjust guest queue systems, including setup and removal of stanchions.

  • Oversee HR-related functions such as hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

  • Support the Manager with maintaining event and show inventory.

  • Mentor and develop hourly team members to meet departmental goals and standards.

  • Handle guest complaints within authority and report unusual incidents or unresolved issues to management or Security.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ years of ticket office or cash handling experience.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of lead/supervisor/manager experience, preferred.
