Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner. Ensures all catering services exceed guest expectations Ensures show quality standards are maintained at all times Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues Employs good safety and sanitation practices Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Displays a positive attitude towards team members Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today!
