ResponsibilitiesDrive cross-functional programs focused on Responsible AI, compliance, and security for AI and data science capabilities across the Microsoft Fabric platform.Define and manage end-to-end quality and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to Microsoft's compliance and security standards.Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure new features meet internal and external regulatory, ethical, and security requirements.Develop and maintain clear program plans, risk assessments, and readiness processes for AI and ML-powered experiences.Lead security reviews and quality gates for data science and AI features, coordinating fixes andTrack and manage program milestones, risks, and dependencies with good attention to detail and a bias for action.Act as a liaison between engineering, governance, and external stakeholders to ensure responsible delivery of AI solutions.Addressing customer pain points and leveraging the opportunities to improve systems and processesWork across multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries.Embody our culture and values | |
