Full-time Job Description
Position Description: The position serves as a subject matter expert for a plan compliance administration team and is responsible for delivery of technical administrative services to qualified retirement plans. This position is accountable for ensuring the day-to-day business needs are being met for their own workload. This position will provide associate training, meeting facilitation, and development/implementation of workflow process improvement. This position also supports the daily activity of the team through team standards, answering processing or escalation questions, and acting as subject matter expert as needed to meet team and Retirement Plan division goals. Position Location: This position is remote (within the U.S.A.) and does not require regular in-office presence. What you do

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details).
