Responsibilities:

The FP&A Specialist will support the FP&A finance team and requires financial modeling expertise, effective communication skills, and robust collaboration with cross-functional partners across the organization. This position will be a key part of the finance team, helping to analyze complex data, providing accurate and actionable forecasts, and consulting on financial risks, opportunities, issues and strategies.

• Develop, own, and report on key data inputs. Analyze data trends and incorporate business level feedback and guidance to create a forecast perspective on key business drivers, including unit volume, customer level performance, product level performance, and overall revenue performance.
• Provide management with clear and accurate reporting of business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of the three-statement financial forecast model, and long-range planning and scenario analysis for company-wide strategic initiatives
• Support monthly and quarterly management business functions reporting packages with actionable insights.
• Improve FP&A processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
• Integrate monthly actuals and update forecasted accounting-based schedules to drive comprehensive financial forecasts.
• Develop and integrate offline Excel-based financial models with system-based models, working to automate and evolve system capabilities to meet requirements for flexibility, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Utilize ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) to manage data and deliver insights, and devise reporting changes to improve cost management.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects, including business evaluations, cost optimization efforts and support resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Investment Banking, or similar experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and expertise in other MS office applications.
• Strong business acumen, ability to drive for results, and influence others.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
