We are currently working with one of our local compaines on island who is seeking a motivated and technically skill Solutions Engineer to join their team. This role acts as a liaison between business users and technology services, focusing on enterprise applications. You will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement, and support software solutions-both off-the-shelf and custom-built-to meet evolving needs. This is hybrid and must be in Hawaii. Responsibilities * Collaborate with product managers to drive operational efficiencies. * Design and present enterprise application solutions to stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and vendors. * Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications practices * Provide technical support including configuration, development, and troubleshooting. * Conduct code reviews, testing, and maintain technical documentation. * Design and support system integrations with cross-functional teams. * Troubleshoot integration issues and recommend process improvements. * Monitor and improve operational processes. * Maintain accurate documentation and support change management. Qualifications * 5+ years of IT experience supporting systems. * Strong understanding of integration technologies and enterprise systems. * Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong customer relationships. * Familiarity with Salesforce platform or healthcare platform development is a plus! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
