JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Bonding and Curing: Utilize resins and adhesives following established shop processes for bonding and curing.
* Assembly of Military Electronics: Employ torque tools and other manual tools to assemble military electronics, adhering to detailed assembly instructions and drawings.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, factory management, program management, and fellow assemblers/testers.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a US Citizen
* High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
* Proficiency in assembly processes and experience using hand tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with bonding and curing processes.
* Technical Documentation: Ability to read and interpret memory maps, schematics, datasheets, and assembly drawings.
* Teamwork and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Clean Room Experience: Familiarity with clean room protocols and environments.
* Build Submarines experience
