Treasury Associate (part time)

Work Schedule:

Hybrid - Buffalo, NY

Moog's Corporate Group is looking for Part Time Treasury Associate for our Cash Management Team located in East Aurora, NY.

You will work a hybrid work schedule at our East Aurora facility, in-office four days per week, remote one day, for a total of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the disposition of void/cancelled checks
  • Obtain and log payee addresses from sites for checks that were void/cancelled and not reissued
  • Contact payees for the status of the check and to have the checks reissued, as necessary
  • Determine which checks are unclaimed property by state
  • Onboard new vendors; update payment method and instructions, send introductory emails to new ACH & credit card vendors explaining the onboarding process, verify accuracy of email addresses and update the master spreadsheets
  • Review monthly account analysis statements and track fees for Cash Manager review
  • Prepare customer ACH form requests for Cash Manager's signature & submission
  • Assist with inter-department emails assuring all time-sensitive matters are addressed and followed up as needed
  • Prepare and post monthly Journal Entries for Cash Manager approval
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests
  • Verifies Moog Inc. pay runs have been processed and received by bank

Qualifications:

  • Typically, an associate's degree in business, or related discipline
  • Solid analytical and system navigation skills, to include web-based banking applications
  • Strong, demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' related experience (i.e. unclaimed property, banking, bank account reconciliations, finance, cash management or a closely related field)
  • Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite; relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity

Salary Range Transparency:
